Return & Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags/barcodes, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

For lost packages, damages, or mishandling of a package during shipping, please contact the shipping provider and open a package claim. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned,  custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), or custom orders which require modification of the product itself. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get your product exchange is to return the item you have in its original condition. Once the return is accepted and verified, the hold will be released and your new product will be fulfilled by our team. 


European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags/barcodes, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Policy

At PlebSource, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please feel free to contact us or follow the return steps listed below. 

Returns

  • You may return items within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain items like custom branded products are non-returnable. Please refer to our product pages for specific exceptions.

How to Return

  1. Request a Return: Please fill out our return form on the website. Include your order number, reason for return, and the items you’d like to return.
  2. Return Shipping: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item(s). You’ll be responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective. Return shipments originating outside of the United States cannot be submitted by PlebSource.
  3. Inspecting Your Return: Once we receive the item(s), we’ll inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. This may take up to 5 business days. 

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to reflect in your account. This time can vary based on your financial institution. 
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In the instance where a refund is approved but the item is not returned, the shipping cost will not be refunded. 
  • International shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item for a different variant please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you. Once we receive and inspect the item to confirm the return, we will ship you a replacement unit as soon as possible.
